Content & Community
Flower Puss Pty Ltd (ABN 93 684 368 401) operates the Flower Puss adult lifestyle and creator platform, delivered as a Progressive Web App. In these Guidelines, “Flower Puss”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Flower Puss Pty Ltd, and “you” means the person reading them. These Guidelines set the binding standards for all Content on the Services. Read them with our Acceptable Use Policy, Terms of Service, Age Verification & Restricted Content Policy, Creator Agreement and Privacy Policy.
1. Purpose & Scope
These Guidelines tell you what you may publish, what you may never publish, and what we do when the line is crossed. They apply to:
- Creators — verified adults who produce and supply Content for sale on the Services;
- Members — registered adults who view, subscribe to, or purchase Content; and
- Content — everything published, sold or sent through the Services, including AI-generated and synthetic media.
1.1 Who you are dealing with
Flower Puss is the merchant and seller of record on every transaction. Your contract for any purchase is with Flower Puss. Creators supply Flower Puss; they are not independent sellers, they are not marketplace sellers, and they are not a party to your transaction. There is no third-party seller, storefront or vendor arrangement on the Services.
1.2 Acceptance
Using the Services, uploading Content, or transacting means you accept these Guidelines. If you breach them we may remove Content, restrict or terminate your account, hold or recover payouts, and refer the matter to law enforcement or a regulator.
2. Key Definitions
3. Who May Use the Services
You must be 18 years or older to use any part of the Services. There are no exceptions and no variation by country. No person under 18 may use the Services, appear in Content, or be depicted in Content in any form, real or synthetic.
3.1 Where we offer the Services
We do not offer the Services to residents or citizens of the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States of America. This applies to Members and Creators alike, and we check country and citizenship at signup. This is a restriction on where we choose to offer the Services, and follows from our payment arrangements. It is not a statement about whether the Content is lawful in those places.
We enforce this restriction ourselves. It is not delegated to you and it is not delegated to a payment provider. If you give us false information about your country or citizenship, your account may be closed and access withdrawn.
4. Age Assurance & Verification
There are two separate checks. They are not the same thing and we keep them apart.
4.1 Member age assurance — mandatory, and before you pay
Age assurance is mandatory for every Member
It is not optional, and it is not applied only “where required” by a particular law. Everyone completes it.
- At registration you must confirm you are 18 or older and accept our policies. That is the first gate, not the last one.
- Age assurance must then be completed before you can view restricted Content, start or renew a subscription, or reach any payment area of the Services.
- No purchase completes until age assurance has passed. If it has not passed, the payment area stays closed to you.
- The check is carried out by a specialist third-party provider. Flower Puss stores only the result: a verified-18-plus flag, the provider, a timestamp, a reference, your country and your user ID.
- We do not receive or store your identity documents, and we do not receive or store facial images. Nothing more than the result reaches us.
- If we find that a Member has misrepresented their age, we terminate the account.
More detail is in our Age Verification & Restricted Content Policy.
4.2 Creator identity verification
- Every Creator completes identity verification before publishing or being paid: government-issued photo identification, a liveness check, and proof of being 18 or older.
- Creators are also screened against anti-money-laundering and sanctions requirements.
- Creators must keep their identity, age, tax and payout details accurate and current, and must re-verify when we ask.
- Verification records are retained as compliance evidence and are available for lawful review.
4.3 Everyone who appears in Content
- Every person appearing in Content must be either a verified Creator or covered by a Consent Record held by the publishing Creator that documents their age and their consent.
- Content showing a person who cannot be identified and verified is prohibited and will be removed.
5. Consent & Documentation
Consent is a precondition of publication, and we treat it as a record rather than an assumption. If the record does not exist, the Content does not go up — and if it comes down, it stays down until the record does exist.
5.1 What consent must cover
- Every person depicted in Content must have given explicit, informed consent to the Content being created and to it being distributed on the Services. Consent to one is not consent to the other.
- Consent must be specific. It must identify the Content or session it relates to and must be given by the person themselves, freely and without pressure.
- Consent must be current. Consent given for other Content, for another platform, or for an earlier shoot does not carry over.
- Consent cannot be inferred from the Content itself, from a person’s presence in it, or from silence.
5.2 What the Creator must hold and produce
- For every identifiable person in their Content, the publishing Creator must hold a Consent Record: proof the person is 18 or older, a signed release or equivalent written consent, the date, and the scope of what was agreed.
- Creators must retain those records for as long as the Content is available on the Services, and for as long afterwards as the law requires.
- Creators must produce those records to us on request. If they cannot, we remove the Content pending verification.
- Creators must not destroy, alter or conceal a Consent Record that relates to a report, an investigation or a dispute.
5.3 Withdrawing consent
- Any person depicted in Content may withdraw their consent at any time, for any reason, and they do not have to give one.
- Withdrawal may be sent to us directly at support@flowerpuss.global or to the Creator. A Creator who receives a withdrawal must tell us and must stop distributing the Content.
- Once we have verified that the request comes from the person depicted, we remove the affected Content from sale and from the Services. We do not require the Creator’s agreement to do this.
- A commercial arrangement, a contract with a Creator, or a payment already made does not override a withdrawal of consent.
- We may retain a minimal record of the request and the removal so we can enforce it, including preventing the same Content being re-uploaded.
5.4 Removal at the request of a depicted person
- If you appear in Content on the Services and you did not consent to it, or you no longer consent, contact support@flowerpuss.global. You do not need an account with us to ask.
- Reports of non-consensual intimate imagery are treated as urgent under section 11 and actioned without delay.
- We will ask only for what we need to confirm that you are the person depicted, and we will keep that information to the minimum.
- We will tell you the outcome, and you can escalate to the eSafety Commissioner if you are not satisfied — see section 11.3.
5.5 Non-consent may never be depicted
Content that depicts or simulates non-consent is prohibited absolutely. There is no exception for roleplay, fiction, fantasy framing, disclaimers, or an agreement between the people involved. This prohibition applies regardless of medium. It extends to photographs, video, computer-generated imagery, cartoons, animation, simulation and AI-generated material.
6. Permitted Content
If verification and consent are in place, you may publish Content that is:
- Original — owned by the Creator, or used with documented legal permission or licence.
- Sensual, artistic, or lifestyle-focused, and tasteful adult-themed Content within community and legal standards.
- Consensual — every identifiable person in it is an adult with a Consent Record.
- Respectful of the dignity, privacy and likeness rights of everyone depicted.
- Age-gated — restricted and monetised Content sits behind an age gate and, where sold, behind access control, with prices shown in AUD before purchase.
Kink and roleplay are permitted where every person involved is an adult who has consented on the record. They must never mimic non-consent, minors, or illegal activity.
7. Prohibited Content — Zero Tolerance
The following categories are strictly prohibited. Publication or attempted publication may result in immediate removal, permanent account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement.
| Prohibited Category | Description |
|---|---|
| Child sexual abuse material | Any sexual depiction of, or content involving, a person under 18 — real, simulated, or AI-generated. Reported to authorities without exception. |
| Non-Consensual Content (NCII) | Any intimate content involving a person who has not given explicit, documented consent, including “revenge” material and covert recordings. |
| Rape / Non-Consensual Sexual Behaviour | Any depiction of rape or other non-consensual sexual behaviour, whether real, staged, simulated, animated or AI-generated. |
| Incest | Any sexual depiction of, or content presented as involving, family members. |
| Non-Consensual Mutilation | Any depiction of non-consensual mutilation of a person or a body part. |
| Bestiality | Any sexual content involving animals. |
| Necrophilia | Any sexual content involving the deceased. |
| Extreme Harm | Non-survivable acts, or content depicting serious physical harm. |
| Illegal Substances / Activity | Depiction or promotion of drug use, violence, weapons, theft, trafficking, or other criminal conduct. |
| Hate Speech / Discrimination | Content targeting people on the basis of race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or nationality. |
| Copyright Infringement | Reposting music, video, or images the Creator does not own or licence; circumventing rights protections. |
| Deepfakes / Likeness Abuse | AI clones or synthetic depictions of real people without ownership of, or documented permission for, the likeness. |
| Scams / Deceptive Promotions | False claims, fake giveaways, bait-and-switch offers, or misleading content for financial gain. |
| Harassment or Abuse | Bullying, threats, doxxing, stalking, or targeted abuse of any individual. |
These prohibitions apply regardless of medium. They extend to photographs, video, computer-generated imagery, cartoons, animation, simulation and AI-generated material. Prohibited Content is never eligible to be sold or paid for.
8. AI-Generated & Synthetic Content
Creators may publish AI-generated and synthetic Content. It is held to the same standards as everything else, with these additional rules:
- An AI-generated model must never depict, resemble, or be presented as a person under 18.
- Synthetic media must not impersonate or reproduce the likeness of a real, identifiable person without documented rights or that person’s permission.
- Where a real person’s likeness is used with permission, the Consent Record requirements in section 5 apply in full, including withdrawal.
- Synthetic Content must comply with section 7 and with applicable law. Generating a prohibited category synthetically does not make it permitted.
- AI-generated Content is identified as such where appropriate, so Members know what they are looking at.
9. Community Conduct
These rules apply to every Community Member in comments, direct messages, live chat and any other social feature.
- Do not harass, threaten, stalk, dox, or target abuse at anyone.
- Do not pressure a Creator or another Member for Content that would breach section 7, and do not offer to pay for it.
- Do not share, re-post, screenshot, record or resell Content you accessed on the Services. Doing so is grounds for termination and may also be a breach of copyright.
- Do not impersonate another person, a Creator, or Flower Puss.
- Do not attempt to move a transaction off the Services. Flower Puss is the merchant and seller of record, and off-platform arrangements are outside these Guidelines and unprotected.
- Do not use the Services to advertise, recruit, solicit or promote anything unrelated to your own Content.
10. Moderation & Review
We use a layered model of automated detection and human review, before and after publication. Nothing here obliges us to pre-screen everything, and no review we carry out shifts responsibility for Content away from the Creator who published it.
- Pre-publication screening: automated flagging identifies likely breaches before publication and prompts the Creator to review or edit.
- Human review: trained reviewers assess flagged Content and reports, and apply these Guidelines consistently.
- Media scanning: uploaded media and its metadata are screened for known prohibited material and for copyright matches.
- Classification: Content is tagged so that age gating and restricted-Content controls apply correctly.
- Our rights: we may review, remove, blur, age-gate, restrict, withdraw from sale or decline to publish any Content at our discretion, including pending verification of age, consent or rights.
11. Reporting, Takedown & Escalation
11.1 How to report
- Anyone may report Content through the in-platform reporting tools or by emailing support@flowerpuss.global. You do not need an account to email us.
- Tell us what the Content is, where it is, and why it breaches these Guidelines. If you are the person depicted, say so.
- We acknowledge reports and tell the reporter the outcome, unless the law prevents us.
11.2 What we do
- Urgent categories — CSAM, suspected minors, NCII, and imminent or serious harm — are prioritised immediately and actioned without delay. They go to the front of the queue ahead of everything else.
- Content in an urgent category is removed or made inaccessible first and assessed after, not the other way round.
- Confirmed CSAM is preserved as the law requires and reported to the relevant authorities without exception.
- Where a report concerns a person depicted in the Content, we act under section 5.4 and remove on verification of the request.
- Valid copyright complaints are actioned under a notice-and-takedown process, and repeat infringers are removed from the Services.
- We cooperate with law enforcement and regulators as required by law, and we may freeze an account, hold funds or terminate access while we do.
- We are still settling the published response times for takedowns. Until they are confirmed, we do not publish a fixed number of hours — but urgent reports are always actioned without delay and prioritised immediately.
11.3 Escalating outside Flower Puss
- Content and safety: if you are not satisfied with how we handled a content or safety report, you may escalate to the eSafety Commissioner under the Online Safety Act 2021 (Cth). The eSafety Commissioner operates Australia’s schemes for image-based abuse, cyberbullying and seriously harmful online content, and can accept a complaint independently of us.
- Privacy: privacy concerns go to privacy@flowerpuss.global first, and may be escalated to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). See our Privacy Policy.
- Purchases and refunds: see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the consumer escalation routes.
11.4 Appeals
If we remove your Content or restrict your account, you may appeal by replying to the notice we send you or by emailing support@flowerpuss.global. A reviewer who was not involved in the original decision considers the appeal. Removals for CSAM or for suspected involvement of a person under 18 are not reinstated.
12. Record Keeping & Retention
- Creator identity, age-verification and Consent Records are retained as compliance evidence for as long as the law requires.
- Member age-assurance records hold the result only — the verified-18-plus flag, provider, timestamp, reference, country and user ID. No identity documents. No facial images.
- Moderation decisions, takedown actions, withdrawal-of-consent requests and escalations are logged and auditable.
- Financial records are retained for seven years, as required by section 286 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
- Payment records at launch consist of wallet addresses, on-chain transaction references, provider payloads and platform-balance ledger entries. Flower Puss never receives or stores card data.
- Everything else is kept only as long as reasonably necessary, unless a law or an investigation requires us to keep it longer.
13. Enforcement & Consequences
We act in proportion to what happened, and we may take any or all of the following steps:
- remove, blur, age-gate, demonetise or restrict the Content;
- warn you, restrict features, or suspend your account while we review;
- terminate your account permanently, and forfeit associated balances where that is warranted;
- hold or recover a Creator payout while we investigate suspected fraud, non-consent or illegality; and
- refer the matter to law enforcement or a regulator and cooperate with any lawful investigation.
Failure to produce Consent Records when asked, or repeated breaches of these Guidelines, escalates enforcement in its own right — regardless of how serious the underlying Content was.
14. Governance, Review & Contact
These Guidelines are owned by the Flower Puss Trust & Safety function and approved by the Board of Flower Puss Pty Ltd. They are reviewed at least once a year, and whenever the law, our payment arrangements or the platform changes materially. If we change them, continued use of the Services after we publish the update means you accept it.
