Acceptable Use

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP” or “Policy”) sets out the binding rules for using Flower Puss, operated by Flower Puss Pty Ltd (ABN 93 684 368 401) (“Flower Puss”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Flower Puss Pty Ltd is the only contracting party. Read this Policy alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Content & Community Guidelines, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Creator Agreement.

1. Purpose & Scope

Flower Puss is an Australian adult lifestyle and creator platform. This Policy is written so that a reviewer — a payment partner, a regulator, or a person affected by content on the platform — can see exactly what we require and what we will do. Sections 5 (Creator Cooperation), 7 (Content Review Rights) and 8 (Enforcement) are the controls we rely on most, and are drafted to stand on their own terms.

1.1 Acceptance & application

This Policy applies to every Creator, Member, visitor, vendor, affiliate and member of our personnel who accesses or uses the Flower Puss websites, applications and related services (the “Services”). Accessing the Services, uploading Content, or transacting means you accept this Policy. If you breach it, we may remove Content, suspend or terminate your account, hold or recover payouts, and refer the matter to law enforcement or a regulator.

1.2 Who you are contracting with

Flower Puss is the merchant and seller of record on every transaction. Your contract is with Flower Puss. Creators supply Flower Puss; they are not independent sellers, are not parties to a Member’s transaction, do not hold a merchant account, and never appear on a Member’s payment record.

This Policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

2. Definitions

CreatorA verified adult who uploads, publishes or monetises Content on the Services.
MemberA verified adult who accesses, subscribes to or purchases Content or experiences.
Community MemberAny Creator, Member or other registered user of the Services.
ContentAny image, video, audio, livestream, text or digital asset published on the Services.
Age assuranceThe check that confirms a Member is 18 or older. We store only the result of that check — see Section 3.3.
Creator identity verificationVerification of a Creator’s identity using government-issued identification, a liveness check, proof of being 18 or older, and anti-money-laundering and sanctions screening.
Payment requestThe request generated for a single purchase, showing the Australian dollar price, the cryptocurrency amount, the network and the address to send to.
NCIINon-Consensual Intimate Imagery — intimate Content shared without the documented, informed consent of every person depicted.

3. Eligibility, Age & Verification

Age and identity assurance is the foundation of both content safety and payment integrity.

3.1 You must be 18 or older

The Services are strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years or older. There are no exceptions and no variation by country. This applies to Creators and Members alike.

3.2 Where we offer the Services

🌏 Countries we cannot serve

Residents and citizens of the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States of America cannot use the Services. This applies to Members and Creators alike.

This is a restriction on where we offer the Services. It follows from our payment arrangements. It is not a statement about whether the Content is lawful in those places.

  • We enforce this restriction ourselves, at signup, on both country and citizenship. It is not delegated to a payment provider and it is not left to you to police.
  • Giving false country or citizenship information is a breach of this Policy. We may suspend or terminate the account, reverse or withhold associated payouts, and end access in line with Section 6.
  • Using a proxy, a virtual private network or any other method to disguise your location or citizenship in order to reach the Services is also a breach.

3.3 Member age assurance

  • Every Member must be 18 or older and must accept this Policy at registration.
  • Age assurance must be completed before a Member can access restricted Content, subscribe, or reach any payment area — and always before a purchase completes.
  • Flower Puss stores only the result of the check: a verified-18-plus flag, the provider, a timestamp, a reference, the country and the user ID.
  • We do not store identity documents and we do not store facial images for Member age assurance.

3.4 Creator identity verification

  • Every Creator must complete identity verification before publishing or being paid: government-issued identification, a liveness check, proof of being 18 or older, and anti-money-laundering and sanctions screening.
  • Verification is carried out by specialist third-party providers. Records are retained as evidence of compliance and are available for lawful review.
  • Flower Puss never receives or stores payment card details.

3.5 Acceptable use standards for Content

Creators may publish adult Content provided it meets every standard below. All monetised Content must sit behind an age-gated paywall.

  • Original — the Creator owns it or holds documented legal permission to use it;
  • Lawful — the Content complies with Australian law and with this Policy;
  • Consensual — every identifiable participant is an adult who has given explicit, documented consent;
  • Respectful — the Content respects the dignity, privacy and likeness rights of every person depicted.

4. Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following categories are strictly prohibited. Their presence triggers immediate removal, account action, payout holds, and — where applicable — mandatory reporting to authorities. Prohibited content is never eligible for payment.

Prohibited Category What it Covers
Child sexual abuse material Any sexual depiction of, or content suggesting, a person under 18 — real, simulated, animated or AI-generated. All participants must be 18 or older with verifiable proof. Reported to the authorities without exception.
Non-Consensual Acts & NCII Any content involving a person who has not given explicit, documented consent, including intimate imagery shared without consent.
Rape / Non-Consensual Sexual Behaviour Any depiction of rape or other non-consensual sexual behaviour, whether real, staged, simulated, animated or AI-generated.
Incest Any sexual depiction of, or content presented as involving, family members.
Bestiality Any sexual content involving animals.
Necrophilia Any sexual content involving the deceased.
Non-Consensual Mutilation Any depiction of non-consensual mutilation of a person or a body part.
Illegal Substances / Activity Drug use, violence, weapons, theft, trafficking, or other criminal behaviour.
Hate Speech / Discrimination Content targeting people on the basis of race, gender, sexuality, religion, or nationality.
Copyright Infringement Reposting music, video, or images the creator does not own or license.
Deepfakes / AI Clones of Real People Synthetic likenesses of real individuals, unless the creator owns the likeness or holds documented permission.
Scams / Deceptive Promotions False claims, fake giveaways, bait-and-switch offers, or any content designed to defraud.
Harassment or Abuse Bullying, threats, stalking, doxxing, or targeted abuse of any individual.

These prohibitions apply regardless of medium. They extend to photographs, video, computer-generated imagery, cartoons, animation, simulation and AI-generated material, and to any other media or activity that depicts the categories above.

Sensitive categories — including kink and roleplay — are permitted only with clear, informed consent and must never mimic non-consent, minors, or illegal activity. AI-generated content must not impersonate real individuals or violate likeness rights.

4.1 Prohibited conduct

  • Sharing, selling or transferring an account, or letting another person use your verified account.
  • Circumventing age gates, paywalls, geographic restrictions or enforcement action, including by opening a replacement account after termination.
  • Recording, downloading, re-uploading or redistributing another person’s Content without permission.
  • Using the Services to move funds for a purpose unrelated to buying or selling Content on the platform.
  • Scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the security or operation of the Services.

5. Creator Cooperation

Creator cooperation is a condition of access to the Services and a core control relied upon by our payment partners. By onboarding, every Creator agrees to the obligations in this Section and acknowledges that timely cooperation is mandatory, not discretionary.

5.1 Identity, verification & beneficial ownership

  • Creators must provide and keep current accurate identity, age, tax and payout information, an ABN where applicable, and — where the account is held through an entity — beneficial-ownership information.
  • Creators agree to complete enhanced verification or re-verification when requested by Flower Puss or required by a payment partner or a regulator.
  • Providing false, stolen or borrowed identity information is grounds for immediate termination and may be reported to authorities.

5.2 Information & records requests

  • Creators must, on request, produce documentary proof of age and consent — including signed model releases — for every identifiable participant in their Content.
  • Creators must respond to compliance, fraud, dispute and law-enforcement information requests within the timeframe specified, and in any event within 5 business days unless a shorter period is required.
  • Creators must preserve relevant records and must not destroy, alter or conceal material that is the subject of an investigation or dispute.

5.3 Investigation & dispute cooperation

  • Creators must cooperate fully and in good faith with internal investigations, refund and dispute reviews, payment-partner enquiries, and regulatory or law-enforcement matters.
  • Creators authorise Flower Puss to share necessary Creator and transaction information with payment partners, regulators and law enforcement to resolve disputes and meet our legal obligations.
  • Creators must promptly action takedown, edit or re-verification directions issued by the Trust, Safety & Compliance Division.

5.4 Warranties, indemnity & payout holds

  • Creators warrant on an ongoing basis that their Content and conduct comply with this Policy and all applicable laws.
  • Creators indemnify Flower Puss against losses, fines, penalties and dispute-handling costs arising from their breach of this Policy or their failure to cooperate.
  • Pending cooperation or the resolution of an investigation, Flower Puss may hold, withhold or recover payouts associated with the Content or account under review. Holds and recovery are applied by Flower Puss under Section 6.4, not by a payment provider.

6. Payments & Financial Integrity

Flower Puss is the merchant and seller of record on every transaction. Prices are displayed and charged in Australian dollars, and Flower Puss books GST as principal at 1/11 of the full transaction value.

6.1 How you pay

₿ Cryptocurrency only — USDT and USDC

The only payment method at launch is cryptocurrency, and the only accepted assets are USDT and USDC. Sending any other asset is not accepted and not recoverable. Please check the asset and the network before you send anything.

  • Every purchase is paid for individually, at the time you make it, at a price set in Australian dollars. There is no stored balance to fund or spend down.
  • Crypto payments are irreversible. There is no chargeback, no dispute reversal through an issuing bank, and no reversal to the wallet or method you paid from.
  • If a payment goes wrong, the first remedy is to put your access right. An on-chain refund is made where that is not adequate, or where the Australian Consumer Law entitles you to money back. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Sending any asset other than USDT or USDC, or sending to an address we did not give you for that payment, is not a payment. We cannot credit it and we cannot return it.
  • No card payment method is in operation. Flower Puss never receives or stores card data. Where a card payment method is in operation in future, the terms that apply to it will be published before it goes live.

6.2 When a period ends

  • Memberships and subscriptions run for a fixed period bought up front. They do not renew automatically.
  • We notify you before a period ends. At the end of it, access to the paid tier stops — nothing is charged, nothing is retried, and you owe nothing.
  • Attempting to retain or regain access to a paid tier you have not paid for is a breach of this Policy.

6.3 Financial integrity

Flower Puss operates a risk-based financial-integrity programme designed to stop the Services being used to launder funds, finance crime, or defraud Members and Creators.

  • Creators and, where applicable, vendors and entity account holders are identity-verified and screened, including identification of beneficial owners.
  • Sanctions and politically-exposed-person screening is applied against recognised watchlists at onboarding and on an ongoing basis.
  • Transactions, deposits, balances and payouts are monitored for structuring, rapid movement of funds, mismatched wallet activity and other patterns consistent with laundering or fraud. Suspicious activity is escalated for internal review.
  • We may suspend purchases or payouts, request further information, and terminate an account where we identify a financial-crime or fraud risk.
  • We cooperate with law enforcement and regulators and make reports and disclosures where we are required by law to do so.

6.4 Creator earnings, holds and recovery

  • Creators receive a Revenue Share of net revenue: gross revenue less applicable GST, less processing costs, less refunds and credits. The current rate is published in the Creator account and set out in the Creator Agreement.
  • Earnings are subject to a holding period — a standard period, and a longer one for new accounts or where a risk flag or a recent dispute exists. Funds are visible during the hold but cannot be withdrawn. The hold is applied by Flower Puss.
  • Payouts run in scheduled batches on a published schedule, not on demand. Flower Puss may review or delay a payout before it executes.
  • The Creator bears the on-chain network fees on their payout. Payout routes vary by country and may be limited for non-Australian Creators.
  • A refund or credit that lands after release may take a Creator’s balance negative. The shortfall is recovered from future earnings. Below the threshold we publish in the Creator Agreement, a small shortfall is written off.

6.5 Transaction transparency

  • Pricing, subscription and renewal terms are disclosed before purchase, and receipts are available in your account.
  • Paid Content must be delivered as described. Bait-and-switch offers, misleading previews and undisclosed charges are prohibited.
  • Refund and complaint pathways are published and honoured within the timeframes we state.

7. Content Review Rights

Flower Puss reserves broad rights to review, moderate and act on Content to keep the platform lawful, safe and acceptable to its payment partners. These rights apply before and after publication and are exercisable at Flower Puss’s sole discretion. Nothing in this Section obliges Flower Puss to pre-screen all Content.

7.1 Right to review & monitor

  • Flower Puss may review, scan, screen and monitor any Content, account or transaction at any time, using a combination of automated flagging and human review.
  • Automated moderation detects potential breaches before publication, prompts Creators to review or edit flagged posts, and supports consistent classification. Uploaded media and its metadata are scanned for matches and breaches.

7.2 Right to remove, edit or restrict

  • Flower Puss may remove, disable, blur, age-gate, demonetise or restrict access to any Content that breaches this Policy or that a payment partner or a regulator objects to.
  • Flower Puss may decline to publish, or withdraw from sale, any Content pending verification of age, consent or rights clearance.
  • Content that cannot be substantiated by valid age and consent records is removed pending verification under Section 5.

7.3 Priority & mandatory review

  • Reports of NCII, suspected minors or illegal activity are treated as the highest priority and are actioned without delay.
  • Where required by law, confirmed illegal Content is preserved and disclosed to the relevant authorities.

7.4 Payment-partner review

  • Flower Puss will review and, where necessary, remove or demonetise Content at the request of a payment partner.
  • Only Content that satisfies Sections 3 to 5 — lawful, consensual, age-verified and rights-cleared — is eligible to be monetised.
  • Audit-ready records of review decisions are maintained and made available to payment partners on reasonable request.

8. Enforcement, Suspension & Termination

8.1 Enforcement ladder

Tier Action
Tier 1 — Minor Warning, mandatory edit, or temporary removal of the specific Content.
Tier 2 — Serious Content removal, payout hold, and temporary account suspension pending review.
Tier 3 — Severe / Illegal Immediate permanent termination, recovery of funds, and referral to law enforcement or the relevant regulator.

Failure to cooperate under Section 5, or repeated breaches of this Policy, escalates enforcement and may result in permanent termination irrespective of the severity of the underlying Content.

8.2 What happens to money on enforcement

  • A suspension may stop purchases and payouts while we review the account.
  • Earnings from Content that breached this Policy are not payable. Where they have already been released, they are recovered under Section 6.4.
  • On termination for breach, any amounts owed either way are dealt with under the Terms of Service and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Because crypto payments are irreversible, a return of value is normally made as a credit, not as an on-chain transfer.

8.3 Appeals

  • You may appeal an enforcement decision by writing to support@flowerpuss.global within 30 days, telling us the account, the Content and why you think the decision was wrong.
  • Appeals are reviewed by the Trust, Safety & Compliance Division, and wherever practical by someone who did not make the original decision.
  • Enforcement action stays in place while an appeal is considered. We do not reinstate Content involving suspected minors or NCII pending appeal.

9. Reporting Harmful Content & Safety Concerns

This Section covers reports about people and safety — intimate images shared without consent, suspected minors, and other illegal or harmful activity. Copyright and other intellectual property claims follow a different route: see Section 10.

🚨 Urgent reports

Reports of NCII, suspected minors or illegal activity are treated as the highest priority and are actioned without delay. Email support@flowerpuss.global with the subject line URGENT — SAFETY, or use the in-platform report tool. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

9.1 How to report

  • Use the in-platform report tool on the Content or profile, or email support@flowerpuss.global.
  • Tell us the link to the Content, what is wrong with it, and — if you are the person depicted — that you are the person depicted. You do not need to send us a copy of the Content.
  • You do not need an account to make a safety report, and you may ask us to keep your identity confidential from the Creator.

9.2 What we do

  • We acknowledge safety reports and prioritise them immediately.
  • We may restrict or remove the Content while we review it. We do not require the Creator’s agreement to do so.
  • We ask the Creator for age and consent records under Section 5. Content that cannot be substantiated stays down.
  • Where required by law, we preserve the material and disclose it to the relevant authorities, and we cooperate with law enforcement.
  • We tell the reporter the outcome where we are able to.

Urgent safety reports are actioned without delay and prioritised ahead of all other reports.

9.3 If you are the person depicted

  • You can ask for removal of Content that shows you, whether or not you have an account and whether or not you once consented.
  • Withdrawal of consent is enough. We do not require you to prove that consent was never given.

9.4 External escalation

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a content or safety report, you can escalate to the eSafety Commissioner, the Australian regulator for online safety under the Online Safety Act 2021 (Cth), at esafety.gov.au. You can go to the eSafety Commissioner at any time; you do not have to come to us first.

10. Copyright & Intellectual Property Claims

This Section covers claims that Content infringes copyright, a trade mark, or another intellectual property right. It is a separate process from Section 9 and runs to a different timetable. If your report is about an intimate image shared without consent, or about a suspected minor, use Section 9 — do not use this route, and do not wait for a rights-holder process.

10.1 Sending a notice

  • Send notices to support@flowerpuss.global with the subject line IP NOTICE.
  • Include: identification of the work or right you say is infringed; the link to the Content on the Services; your name and contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised; and a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
  • We acknowledge IP notices and aim to assess them within 7 business days.

10.2 What we do

  • We may remove or disable access to the Content while we assess the notice.
  • We tell the Creator what has been removed and why, and give them the opportunity to respond or to show that they hold the rights or a licence.
  • If the Creator’s response resolves the claim, we may restore the Content and will tell the notice-giver.
  • Accounts that repeatedly infringe are terminated under Section 8.

10.3 Bad-faith notices

Do not send a notice about Content you have no rights in. Knowingly false or bad-faith notices are a breach of this Policy, may be a breach of Australian law, and may result in account action against you.

11. Governance, Changes & Contact

This Policy is owned and maintained by the Flower Puss Trust, Safety & Compliance Division. It is reviewed at least annually and whenever there is a material change in the law, in our payment arrangements, or in platform functionality. Continued use of the Services after we publish an updated Policy means you accept the changes. Each version carries a version number, an effective date and a last-updated date.
